How much do I pay up front?

You pay 30% when you book, and the rest before you collect the van.

Cancel 30 days or more before pickup and you get everything you have paid back.

How old do I have to be?

You need to be at least 21 and to have held your licence for 2 years. A category B licence covers every van in the fleet. Non-EU licences need an International Driving Permit alongside the original.

Is there a mileage limit?

Unlimited, on every van, at no extra cost.

Can I take it out of Albania?

Yes — Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Greece. Tell us at least three days before you collect the van, so the green card is issued for the right countries.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit is held on your card at pickup — from €800, depending on the protection you choose. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released after the van comes back.

What else could I be charged for?

Only what is listed in the schedule of charges in your rental agreement — every one of them is avoidable, and none of them is a surprise.

How the airport handover works

Three steps, and the third one is driving away.

Book online and tell us your flight number. If the flight moves, the handover moves with it.

We meet you in the arrivals hall with the van already checked, fuelled and cleaned.

Twenty minutes of paperwork and a walk round the van, then the road is yours.
